No, members will have to have a Yahoo! ID before they can access any of the advanced features. Giving only their email address will just allow them access to the mailing list portion of your group.

yes u can. select ur hotmail email ID as primary email in ur account. but u shall hv to log in with ur yahoo ID.

After you logged in Yahoo you can be a member using any other email address.
Reply:Yes you can ,you join with your Yahoo ID and set your default email for the group to your hotmail one but be warned hotmail has a smaller storage than Yahoo mail if its a high volume group(lots of emails every day) your hotmail will fill up fast
