Why can i not send emails to a hotmail address in the uk?

It is likely a server/system problem. I send to hotmail addresses in UK regularly and haven't had any trouble (although I haven't tried within the last couple of weeks). If you are using Yahoo, they have been doing a lot of re-development work on the Yahoo Mail system, so this might be the problem.
