this is the email address who send me a winning notification that i have won a lottery from microsoft UK online lottery and i'm asking if this is true because they reffered me to an attorney brad willis and asking for a GBP 475 for the payment of legal proceedings in order for them to wire my prize won. i'm just wandering and asking of all of these are true, thank you very much and hoping for your answers...

first of all i wouldn't answer that email if i were you because it looks like a scam to me and 2 you said the lawyer's name is brad willis why don't you check the guys name and see if there is a lawyer with that name because this brad willis didn't leave you with enough info did he 3 microscoft is owned by bill gates and his company wouldn't run something like an online lottery if i was a legit lotto it would be run by the state of kansas or mo. and not by some moron with an email address!
Reply:the email address means little. you could copy the header information showing the ip address and that would mean more to track it down
Reply:this is spam, i get it all the time - if you go to the real UK Lottery website, they actually mention that a lot of spam emails are sent claiming to be them. if you haven't bought a lotto ticket from the UK Lottery, there's no way you could have been a winner.
