My friend sends me e-mails from his hotmail e-mail address and I don't know why he gets them back not delivere?

I don't get the e-mails my friend sends me from his Hotmail account. Can you please find out why? Everything seems correct.

If he gets them back----more than likely it's cause he isn't entering your address correctly, therefore they can't be delivered.





Usually, "failure to deliver" notices give an explanation for the failure. He should read what the notice says and correct it.
