Yahoo emails sent to Hotmail address rejected?

I am having problems sending emails to two particular Hotmail email addresses (one hotmail.com and the other hotmail.co.uk) and the messages I am getting back are worrying and confusing (see below). Can you please help me?





"Remote host said: 550 SC-004 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your" and





"Remote host said: 550 DY-002 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. The likely cause is a compromised or virus infected server/personal computer. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/ne"





I look forward to receiving an explanation and some advice as to what I should do.

Reply:sounds like hotmail hates yahoo!!





or else you have some kinda of virus or something on your computer.. try send the email from a different computer as IP are numbered by computers only. you could also try using another provider eg gmail.com other than yahoo if it still wont work
Reply:The IP addresses are not from the computer (as I understand it), but the internet gateway (for example you have 3 computers in the house all running wirelessly through the same network hub).





I'm having the same problem that was listed above. I know my recipient would not have blocked me.

I asked also today, then I just googled the message and found your message, please keep me updated. I have no idea why this is happening.
