I cant log on to my hotmail address-why?

or if you dont go on for a really long time, your account will become inactive and it wont let tyou on... i dont know why but it happened to me too.





or maybe your computer has a virious that isnt letting you log on.

Reply:I've had this happen to me, too. It was because I hadn't logged into it for a long time, and the account became inactive.





You should also try to make sure that you have the right password. If you have an alternate email address, have it sent to there.
