Extract email address from hotmail account?

I have reached the limit on my hotmail account contacts list. I need to know of a good piece of software that can extract all the emaill address from my emails or contact list (hotmail account) and then be used to send out bulk emails

Why not create a new hotmail address or save all your current addresses into a folder in your documents?
