Any time i want to send e-mail from my hotmail email address i always receive "message cannot be sent, your computer has been block". Please direct me on how to unblock and solve this probem.

1. Go through your ISP. The IP address is blocked.





2. 2nd reason is Windows Live Mail and your Firewall. Check to make sure Firewall is permitting it through.
