Short answer, you can't. You can call yourself what you like.





If you got an email from a Fred Bloggs, there is no way you can tell if that is his real name or not.





The same with email addresses. They can originate from anywhere. Yes you can get the IP address from the email, but that doesn't tell you anything. Most spam doesn't have a return path.
Reply:send an email to the person and when the person replies, youll see the name
