I am having trouble sending messages to anybody with a 'HOTMAIL ADDRESS' can you give me a little help

When trying to send a message I get an answer back saying the message can not be delivered.
I am having trouble sending messages to anybody with a 'HOTMAIL ADDRESS' can you give me a little help
The email and/or attachments might be too big to be received, you might not be in their address book, sometimes the servers are busy and won't go thru and sometimes companies will not except emails for hotmail and yahoo.
Reply:Either they haven't logged in to Hotmail in 30 days and their account is in suspension or Hotmail's spam filter is kicking the email back to you.
