Is there anyway to forward your hotmail emails automatically to another email address?

I have a brand new Blackberry Pearl and want to get my emails from my Hotmail account to it. I have been speaking to their customer service and I have to add a Plus account. I dont want to have to pay for my email addresses. Is there anyway to forward your hotmail emails automatically to another email address?
