How do you delete a AOL and Hotmail email address?

Plz help me!
How do you delete a AOL and Hotmail email address?
First click on Start-%26gt; Control Panel -%26gt; Add/Remove programs. Find anything connected with AOL and click uninstall.


There are still a few stray files that are a little harder to remove. Go to "All Files" and "My Documents" to look for anything with the AOL extension and delete it.





Also click on Start -%26gt; All Programs to see if anything connected to AOL is in there to delete also.

Reply:i dont think you can.... that happened to me too, all you have to do is not sign in for a very long time. same on yahoo too. hope this helps
Reply:I think your account has to be inactive for a certain period of time before it gets deleted. I know that you can call AOL up and cancel your account if you are paying for it. They aren't allowed to hassle you about it anymore either.
Reply:Just ignore it for life. It is not like you have to go there. I have old accounts I just no longer visit, I think I forgot some of them.





Get a new account if you wish and use that one from now on.
