How do I export my address book from Yahoo mail to Windows Live Hotmail?

I've viewed instructions for doing so on both windows live hotmail and yahoo, and cannot seem to figure this out, could use any help I can get! Thanks!

open your old email. Goto contacts, click export contacts. save it as a file.





Goto new email, goto contacts, click import contacts and select that saved file.
