How do I get an email address off an email (Hotmail) into my contacts list without responding to it?

If I reply to the email I have an option to put that sender into my contacts list, but if I don't reply, there is no way take the sender's address directly off the email and put it into my contact's list.
How do I get an email address off an email (Hotmail) into my contacts list without responding to it?

and then edit your contacts and put it in.
Reply:select the email address and right click copy, go to wherever you want the address and click, then right click paste.
