Is it possible to have msn with an email address other than hotmail and live.com?

I have msn but I want another one msn address with say yahoo or something. Is this possible because I can't find how to do this anywhere? Thanks

Yes it is!





Here is how:








[1] Sign up for a different account. This is the account you'll be using for MSN. My email on MSN ends with @london.com





I got this by making an account here: http://mail.com





At mail.com, you can have loads of different words after your @ sign.





Or you can simply use http://yahoo.com or http://aol.com





[2] Once you got the account go to http://www.passport.net





Click ''Sign up'' %26amp; make sure you select ''Yes, use my e-mail address''





Fill in all the details %26amp; follow the steps.





[3] Now you can log into msn! Go to msn and insert your email address an password.

Reply:You'd have to get a email at yahoo.com. Mines at msn.com instead of hotmail.com. I don't know how or if you can choose, but I don't see how it matters a email address is an email address. If you had a email address at aol it would be whatevertheemailadressis@aol.com. It matters on what website you get the email address from.
Reply:Yes, this is possible. I have a teralinx account (something@teralinx.com) and it works fine. I also have friends with sympatico, aol and rogers. I personally don't have any friends with yahoo so I'm not sure if you can use yahoo.
Reply:Yess it is I have contacts with talktalk.net at the end but it's easier I think to have a hotmail address that way your less likely to have problems with it.





Normal email addresses work fine btw.

Reply:Yes you can. I have a log in and I just use my local ISP e-mail address it works fine. You do still have to verify the e-mail. But any e-mail well work.
Reply:You can have a Yahoo address, but then you'd need Yahoo Messenger. It's compatible with MSN, but there are somethings you can't do if you're in an MSN + Yahoo chat.
